For the provider Json files, do we need to submit only for NM or for neighboring states as well? If yes, please share the list of the neighboring states.
Carriers can send NM plus neighboring states (TX, OK, CO, UT, AZ) or NM only. If this change is not possible, proceed with sending nationwide file.
In regards to the URL template, the template file emailed on out 3/17 was an .XLSX format. In SERFF, the description references a section of the certification page that does not contain information on URLs. For CMS filings, the template that is utilized is in .CSV format, and in PY2025, that is how we filed it in the NM binders. The submission guide is silent on the format of the file.Can you clarify the file type/format we should be submitting? If it is the .CSV format, please be aware that we will need to eliminate the instruction tab/worksheet, as that file type does not support multiple worksheets.
The format is .xlsx.
