On your dashboard, open the plans drop down in the top navigation bar. You can choose to manage either qualified health plans or stand-alone dental plans.
Once you select an option, you’ll be taken to the list of relevant plans Use the filters on the left panel to narrow down the list.
When you find the plan, you want to update, click the gear icon in the far- right column and select “Update Status” next to Certification status.
Open the dropdown and choose the new status. You can also add a comment and upload any supporting documents if required.
When you’re done, click “Save” in the top right corner. The updated certification status will now appear in the plan list.
