Update Carrier Certification Status

On your dashboard, open the issuers dropdown in the top navigation bar, then select “Manage Issuer Accounts”. From the list, click the name of the carrier you’d like to update. On the left, click “Certification Status”. 

This is where you can review and update the certification status for that carrier. To make changes, click the ”Edit” button in the top right. 

Use the certification status dropdown to select a new status. You can choose from Certified, Decertified, Pending, or Registered. You can also add a comment and upload a file if needed. 

When you’re done, click the “Save” button to apply your changes.
